Hitch a plow to one of our donkeys and work the land in the style of our forefathers. Gather your harvest onto the threshing floor and then proceed to winnow the wheat from the chaff. Finally, put your shoulder to the wheel of an ancient gridstone to prepare the whole-grain flour which you will bake in a genuine "taboon" oven to prepare crisp, fresh pita bread.

Hand pick fresh Galilean grapes from our own vinyards and bring them to our ancient stone-carved wine press. Once you remove your shoes, your welcome to join in the crushing of the grapes in the time-honored fashion. But the real test comes in the tasting as guests are encourage to sample a variety of local vintages in the shade of the blossoming fig trees.
This gate will be open for visitors at the year 1999.
