A program that allows visitors to the recreated Galilee village of Kfar-Kedem to experience a festive evening in the atmosphere of the ancient Galilee. Guests will enjoy an enchanted evening in the hills of the Galilee including a feast of local food and wines with live entertainment. All guests may have the option of wearing a colorful period costume to add to the local mood. The experienced staff of Kfar-Kedem will guide the visitors along stations describing life in the ancient Galilee. * Olives are pressed before your eyes in a recreated ancient olive oil factory. Guests may receive individual labelled bottles of famous Galilee olive oil. * The biblical process of turning wheat into bread is demonstrated. Guests are invited to partake of the delicious final results: fresh bread! * Night time is milking time at our sheep pens. Guests are invited to have a "hands-on" experience. * Taste local Galilee vintages at our wine booth and hear about the importance of the grape in the ancient Galilean economy. * Our donkeys are made for riding. The only way to travel the ways of Kfar-Kedem is on the back of one of our fleet of user-friendly donkeys. At the height of the evening, a grant meal will be served of local delicacies. Singers, dancers and the rest of our staff will provide entertainment beneath the Galilee stars that will last into the night. Kfar-Kedem packs the total Galilee experience into a fun and rewarding evening that has our guests coming again and again.
